Project Overview
Located on the shores of Geographe Bay, this project was about renewal and connection, creating a coastal home that supports both togetherness and retreat. Our Role
SWBC worked closely with Greyhouse Designs and interior designer Megan Myers to ensure the design intent was carried through every stage of the build. Particular care was taken in coordinating the interface between retained and new construction, managing sequencing and detailing to achieve a seamless result. Through collaboration, clear communication, and attention to craftsmanship, we delivered a home that feels calm, resolved, and intentionally detailed, supporting the way it’s meant to be lived in across all seasons.
