Our Role
This was a Design & Build project, delivered by SWBC in collaboration with FLOW Architecture, with interior design by Leah from Page Eleven. Working closely with the clients alongside our design team, we guided the project from concept through to construction. Our role was to ensure the architectural and interior design intent remained clear and achievable while delivering a home that balances simplicity, functionality, and comfort. Through close collaboration and practical build expertise, we delivered a coastal home that responds naturally to its environment and the way it’s meant to be lived in.
