#17 Yallingup
Project Overview
Set within the rolling landscape of Yallingup, this home was shaped by both its challenging site conditions and its remarkable setting. The brief was to create a home that responded sensitively to the land, embracing the slope and natural contours rather than working against them. Designed by Site Architecture, the home steps with the site to capture expansive views across the dam and surrounding valley, resulting in a residence that feels grounded, resilient, and deeply connected to its environment.
Project Highlights

Our Role
SWBC worked closely with the clients alongside the design team to navigate the complexities of the site and deliver a well-resolved outcome. Significant rock breaking and challenging ground conditions required careful planning, coordination, and sequencing throughout construction. By combining practical build expertise with close collaboration, we ensured the architectural intent was carried through while delivering a home that is robust, comfortable, and built to endure its environment.
